Sunchokes - Large stalks with sunflower like flowers, to provide shade for hot summer months and biomass. Edible roots
Good King Henry - Bushy green perennial with pink flowers, for biomass.
Borage - Tall with purple flowers, biomass.
Russian or True Comfrey - bushy greenery with flowers, biomass.
Sorrel - Red and green sorrel, edible leafy greens, can be biomass if not eaten.
Herb gardens - Easy grown edibles, can be biomass if not eaten.
Lavender, Sage and Mints - Low-maintenene perennial herbs for culinary use or biomass.
